What is MultiSwap?
MultiSwap is a non-custodial swap quote aggregator. It queries multiple liquidity sources in parallel, normalizes their quotes, and ranks routes by the net amount you actually receive — so you can compare before you swap.
How are routes compared?
Every provider's quote is converted into one normalized shape, then ranked by net output — the amount you receive after estimated network cost and any MultiSwap fee. When USD pricing is available, ranking uses true economic value; otherwise it falls back to exact base-unit output.
Does MultiSwap hold my funds?
No. V1 compares quotes only — it is fully non-custodial and never takes possession of your assets. There is no wallet connection or execution yet; the architecture is prepared for a future connect-and-sign flow.
How are fees calculated?
The MultiSwap fee is config-driven in basis points on the output token and is zero by default, hard-capped at 100 bps. Ranking always uses the amount after the fee, and the fee is shown as its own line on the best route.
Why can quotes differ between providers?
Each liquidity source has different depth, routing, and gas assumptions, and quotes are fetched live — so figures move moment to moment. A single provider timing out or returning no route never blocks the others; you still see every route that responded.
